Every year during the month of August or July,FORAC is conducting a charity event in Philippines. We are distrubuting old clothes,canned goods,noodles,rice to poor families in PhILIPPINES. By contributing old clothes,canned goods,noodles etc.,LINGAP KAPWA 2009 will be another hit.Those members who are in Philippines that time will be assigned to perform the task. You can also ask your families in Philippines to join in the  distribution of the goods.

We are calling all members to donate old clothes,towels,blankets,bags,old toys etc.You can also suggest a place where LINGAP KAPWA will be held this year.On our first year we held it in Tondo,Manila,on our 2nd year we donated old clothes to SAGIP KAPAMILYA and they distributed it to AKLAN,we also donated old childrens clothing and old toys to NAYON NG KABATAAN (an orphanage).

Please coordinate with Roger Diaz,one of our member on 0509298954 if you have any donation to make.We will collect donations until end of June.It will be shipped in PHIL. by sea.TENTATIVE DATE OF DISTRIBUTION WILL BE AUGUST 23,2009.

HAWAK KAMAY 2009 held last April 17,2009 was a big success.Aside from the road trip and mountain safari tour given by FORAC members to our kababayan plus the dive to the natural water pools of Hatta,FORAC managed to buy tickets to four of our stranded kababayan in the Philippine Consulate.

EDEN DOROY,JANET CALE,MARISSA GARCIA,MARISSA MANSIT will see their families very soon.Our members went today April 18 to the OWWA to formally present the tickets to the four OFWs.
